Food Wheel
Can't decide what to eat? Let the wheel pick โ then check its numbers.
How it works
The wheel is filled with foods from the database (up to 16 at a time). Filter by category โ High-Protein means foods with at least 20 g protein per 100 g โ then spin. The wheel slows to a stop and the result card shows the winning food's calories and macros, with a link to its full nutrition page.
Worked example
Say the wheel lands on Banana. A banana has 89 kcal per 100 g, and 105 kcal in a medium banana (89 ร 118 รท 100 = 105.02, rounded to 105). Its full page also shows 1.1 g protein, 22.8 g carbs and 0.3 g fat per 100 g โ so you decide with numbers, not just luck.
Frequently asked questions

Yes โ the landing position is chosen at random in your browser each spin.
What does High-Protein mean here?
Foods with 20 g protein or more per 100 g.
Can I spin again?

Conclusion
Spin, check the numbers, decide. If the result is not what you fancied, spin again โ or browse all foods and choose directly.
